Hoopla Registration

After completing the following fields about your Hoopla team, you will be directed to a page for Division selection and then to a link for online payment of your standard registration fee. If you have not seen the many divisions offered by Hoopla and the prices to sign up a team, Divisions and Pricing.

  • Proof of age may be required from all participants. Failure to do so or violation of age requirements will result in immediate expulsion of players and team with no refunds.
  • Hoopla reserves the right to combine divisions based on the number of teams signed up. 
  • In the event of cancellation due to weather deemed to be inclement by Hoopla officials, or in the event of a cancellation for any other reason whatsoever, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
  • All transactions will incur a $5.95 transaction fee.

I realize that I am responsible for my own and my teammates' conduct of play.
In the event that I fail to do so, I realize that both myself and my team may be ejected from the tournament. I know that participating in strenuous activities such as basketball is potentially hazardous. I assume all risks associated with playing in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, and the condition of the playing surface, all facts being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of you accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might bring claims on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge Salem Hoopla 3-on-3 Street Basketball Tournament, all charities benefiting from this event, the City of Salem, Or., Sasquatch Sports, Hoopla staff, volunteers, the Hoopla board of directors and committee members, and any and all sponsors, including their agents, employees, assignees, or anyone acting on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in the course of participating in this event. This Release and Waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I hereby grant full permission to any and all foregoing to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or record of me or my likeness from this event for any purpose. Applications of minors will be accepted only with a parent's or guardian's signature and must also be signed by the minor.
